THE Myanmar-Vietnam Expo 2025 is being held from 10 to 12 October at the Yangon Convention Centre exhibition hall in the Inya Lake Hotel complex in Yangon.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition was held at 9:30 am yesterday at the Yangon Convention Centre Exhibition Hall. Officials from the Yangon Region Government, the Economic Attaché and officials from the Embassy of Vietnam in Myanmar, officials from the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization of the Ministry of Commerce, the President and Central Executives from the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), the Myanmar Vietnam Friendship Association, the Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize and Sesame Seeds Merchants Association, the Myanmar Food Processors and Exporters Association and other associations who participated in the organization of the exhibition and other guests attended.

The exhibition featured over 100 brands of products from Myanmar and Vietnam in about 120 booths. This year, the tourism and travel services booth has been expanded with the Travel Vietnam Pavilion (area 72 square meters) showcasing travel packages, airline tickets and travel services from eight major travel companies from Myanmar and Vietnam.

The Myanmar Vietnam Expo showcased food, consumer goods, industrial and household appliances, ceramics and kitchenware, shoes, IT, solar, inverters, batteries, coffee, fashion clothing, agricultural products and handicrafts.

The exhibition is jointly organized by the Myanmar Trade Fairs and Exhibitions Association and the Economic Department of the Embassy of Vietnam in Myanmar.
