A Myanmar delegation led by Prime Minister U Nyo Saw left the Nay Pyi Taw Tatmadaw Airport by special aircraft yesterday morning to attend the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit. They were seen off at the airport by Member of the State Security and Peace Commission, Executive Chief U Aung Lin Dwe, Union ministers, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, the deputy minister and officials.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Union Ministers Dr Charlie Than, U Chit Swe and Dr Thet Khaing Win, Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan, Deputy Minister Dr Zaw Myint and departmental heads, together with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar Ms Ma Jia, chairs of associations and members.
The Myanmar delegation arrived at the Nanning International Airport in the afternoon. They were welcomed by Mr Wang Weiping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Myanmar Ambassador to China U Tin Maung Swe, the Myanmar Consul-General in Nanning and cultural dance troupes.
