Chinese business companies in Myanmar donated cash and aid for COVID-19 measures to the Ministry of Health and Sports yesterday.

The Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Chinese Embassy talked about the donation of cash, CCTV sets and surgical masks at the donation ceremony held at the Department of Medical Research in Yangon.

The donation items from China-based companies included 150,000 surgical masks worth about US$20,000 from Knitted Wear Co., Ltd, $10,000 worth of CCTV sets and accessories from Digital Technology Co Ltd, and 50,000 surgical masks worth about K3 million from the Sun Grow Power Supply Co., Ltd.
