COMMANDER-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing encouraged Tatmadaw (Army, Navy, Air) officers from Yangon Command who donated blood collectively at National Blood Bank under the Ministry of Health and Sports in Latha Township in Yangon yesterday morning.

At the National Blood Bank, Deputy Director-General Dr Thida Aung explained the works in blood donation of Tatmadaw members.

The Senior General and Tatmadaw personnel had participated in the blood donation with military officers and well-wishers, they presented nutritious foods to those who donated blood with friendly greeting.

The Senior General presented the nutritious foods to the blood donors.

The Deputy Director- General received food supplements donated by the Tatmadaw families, and returned certificates of honour.

Tatmadaw (Army, Navy, Air) officers have donated blood for nine times to the same blood bank, according to the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services.
