A combined team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force stopped and searched Tun Tun, who is on suspicion in the corner of Thumingala road and Byamaso road, No 6 ward, South Okkalapa township at 10 am on 15 July. They found 2,200 stimulant tablets and 0.2 kilogramme of marijuana and as an interrogation result, the team seized 0.8 kilogrammes of marijuana from his house, which was located in No 7, Myitta street, Bo Tun Zan ward, Dawbon township at 11 am.

Likewise, the Anti-Drug Task Force stopped and searched a King Long minibus driven by Kyaw Swar Win accompanied by Ma Mee Mee (aka) Khin Moe Sway and Aung Pwe near Myogyi village, Myogyi village’s tract of Ywangan township at 11:30 am on 14 July.

The team impounded 1.1 kilogrammes of heroin and 480 stimulant tablets. Furthermore, the team examined Laihay’s house and nabbed 0.08 kilogramme of heroin, 2,000 psycho narcotic pills and K0.2 million from the house, in No (Nasala-71), Nantsalee village of Hsenwi township at 5:45 pm. They are prosecuted under the law, the Myanmar Police Force stated.
