ONE hundred and fifty-nine kilogrammes of Ice (Methamphetamine) worth over 1.37 billion and seven kilogrammes of 20 heroin blocks were seized by the Myanmar Police Force in Kengtung Township, Shan State (East).

A combined task force including members of the Anti-Drug Police Force examined a Dong Feng six-wheeler truck driven by Than Naing heading from Kengtung to Tachilek, according to information on 11 July afternoon.

A search of the truck turned up 159 kilogrammes of Ice (Methamphetamine) worth over K1.37 billion and seven kilogrammes of 20 heroin blocks.
