1. YMBA found that Chairman of the State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Prime Minister Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing invited ethnic armed organizations-EAOs leaders to hold a meeting in order to end armed conflicts across the nation in his speech made on 22 April 2022.

2. The YMBA will not be contrary to its aims to protect race, religion, education and regulations and carry out matters related to the country. It also agrees with the speech of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services. It urges relevant individuals to openly cooperate in driving for durable peace and development of the country.
