CHAIRMAN of the Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) U Bo Htay, accompanied by the Vice Mayor, Secretary, and committee members, inspected the sale of vegetables, meat and seafood at a cheaper price in the Mobile Market system in Maugon housing on Satyon road, in Mingala Taungnyunt Township yesterday morning.

During the inspection, the Mayor instructed officials to ensure that the meat and vegetables are fresh, to grant the accuracy of the scales and to ensure that vendors/customers wear masks.

The Mayor and party, afterwards, inspected the staff training schools and gyms of the Administration Department, the clearing of garbage by excavators conducted by the Department of Engineering (Drainage Management) to improve the water drainage and the culverts along the Bo Min Yaung road. It is reported that clean and tidy work has been ordered along the Bo Min Yaung road and Theinbyu Road.
