A live broadcast of the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” grand final third round singing competition & awards ceremony, which marks Diamond Jubilee Union Day, was held last night at the Myawady Media Centre in Pyithaya, Yankin Township of Yangon Region.

At the ceremony, the Commander of Yangon Command Maj-Gen Nyunt Win Swe, Yangon Region Government Security and Border Affairs Minister Colonel Win Tint, Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee Yangon Mayor U Bo Htay, Ayeyawady Region Government Minister for Social Affair U Maung Maung Than and the officials were in attendance.

At the grand final third round, an ethnic competition, MF 03 Yay Gi Nah from Sagaing region, MF 04 Zaw Htway Latt from Mandalay region, Zin Thu Thu Tun from Ayeyawady region, MF 07 Cho Mi Mi Zaw from Ayeyawady region and MF 10 Chit Nu from Bago region competed with two songs each, performed by the Ensemble band.

Then, the well-known singer, Jenny and other MRTV's Ethnic musicians were entertaining while the judges are counting the votes to celebrate the awarding ceremony for the grand final third round.

After that, a congratulatory and thankful video message, delivered by the Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn to the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” grand final third round, was played.

At the award presentation ceremony, the five special price winners, MF 01 Myat Soe San from Magway region, MF 02 Kyu Kyu Khaing from Yangon region, MF05 Ahrain from Kachin State, MF08 Chan Hein Win Tun from Kayin state and MF09 Zan Htoo from Yangon region, approached the second step, were awarded by U Lwin Myint, chairman of the Myanmar Music Association (Central) while MF 03 Yay Gi Nah from Sagaing region was awarded by U Zayar, director of Myanmar Radio and Television and MF 04 Zaw Htway Latt from Mandalay region was awarded Mayor U Bo Htay, Chairman of the Yangon City Development Committee Yangon.

The third prize winner, MF10 Chit Nu from Bago region was awarded by U Maung Maung Than Minister for Social Affair, Ayeyawady Region Government while the second prize winner, MF07 Cho Mi Mi Zaw from Ayeyawady region was awarded by Colonel Win Tint, Minister for Yangon Region Government Security and Border Affairs.

The first prize winner, MF 06 Zin Thu Thu Tun from Ayeyawady region was awarded by Maj-Gen Nyunt Win Swe, Commander of Yangon Command.

At the “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” grand final third round singing competition & awards ceremony, authorities gave K10 million for the first winner, K6 million for the second winner, K4 million for the third winner, K20 million each for outstanding awards and K1 million each for the special prize.

The “Tu Shin Hnwal Pyaw Gita Pwal Taw” grand final third round singing competition has been held every Friday night since 26 November 2021.
