A total of 115 basic education schools are open in Falam Township, and 301 teachers are teaching 4,251 students.

Deputy Minister for Border Affairs Maj-Gen Kyaw Swa Oo provided financial assistance to students at the No 2 Basic Education High School in Cinmul Ward, Falam Township, yesterday.

The deputy minister also inspected the process of issuing citizenship scrutiny cards, household registrations, and UIDs at the Township Office of the Ministry of Immigration and Population and gave citizenship scrutiny cards and household registrations to residents.

The Ministry of Immigration and Population has issued 823 Citizenship Scrutiny Cards in Falam Township since 6 May 2026. It is reported that 157 household censuses have been conducted.
