Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Hsan Oo received Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Ms Ma Jia at the reception hall of the Union Minister’s Office yesterday morning.

Both sides discussed the strengthening of the existing diplomatic relations and friendship between Myanmar and China, collaboration in the development of the mineral, forest and environmental conservation sectors, implementation of projects and human resource development.

Deputy Ministers U Khin Latt Gyi and Dr Thaung Naing Oo, the permanent secretary and officials, as well as Chinese Embassy officials, attended the meeting.
