The Department of Labour of the Ministry of Labour issues Overseas Worker Identification Cards (OWICs) to workers who hold a Passport for Job (PJ) and are going to work abroad, aiming to get the legal rights of their host countries and solve the labour-related cases quickly.

To prevent forgery and ensure greater security, the Overseas Worker Identification Card (OWIC) will be issued with a security (holographic) sticker starting from 1 August 2025.
