MYANMAR students who have been allowed to join a university in the Republic of Korea but have financial struggles with school fees and accommodation costs can apply for the Global Elim Foundation Scholarships (GEFS), said the Myanmar Embassy to the Republic of Korea.

Global Elim Foundation will select two Myanmar students who have been granted to join undergraduate, master’s degree and doctoral degree courses (excluding Korean language course) and have financial difficulty with school fees and accommodation costs. Those who meet the requirements can apply with the full necessary documents by 4 pm on 25 July.

Applications can be submitted in person or by post, addressed to the embassy in Seoul within the deadline, and any late submission is not acceptable.
