The government is actively working to repatriate Myanmar nationals who are facing difficulties overseas. By collaborating closely with the Myanmar Consulate-General and relevant foreign embassies, authorities are committed to ensuring the safe return of citizens encountering problems abroad.

Recently, the Myanmar Consulate-General coordinated with the appropriate authorities in Dubai to repatriate Ma Khin Khin Lwin Aung, a Myanmar citizen who had experienced difficulties in Dubai, the UAE. She arrived back in Yangon at 10:15 pm on 18 September, following a flight from Dubai.

The government, along with Myanmar embassies and consulates-general, remains dedicated to assisting nationals who face challenges while working abroad. Ma Khin Khin Lwin Aung and her family have expressed their gratitude to the government, the Myanmar Embassy, and the Myanmar Consulate-General for their support and efforts.
