THE People’s Military Service Law was enacted as Law No 27/2010 in November 2010, and the law came into force on 10 February 2024. The People’s Military Service Law was enacted as every citizen is under a duty to safeguard Our Three Main National Causes: non-disintegration of the Union, non-disintegration of national solidarity and perpetuation of sovereignty. The Training No 1 for people military servants was successfully conducted in regions and states.

Eligible citizens for Training No 2 arrived at the respective military stations, and the opening ceremonies were organized yesterday.

The principals of respective military training schools made opening speeches, and the regional and state chief ministers, commanders and relevant officials attended the opening ceremonies and cordially met with the trainees.

They also provided cash assistance to the trainees.

The heartful words of the trainees for Training No 2 are as follows: -

I believe that a citizen must do the people’s military service, and the enactment of law is for the sake of the country and all the citizens. The law was drafted previously, and it has come into force recently. I affirm that I will serve my duties fully after the training and guarantee the security of all people.

I voluntarily joined Training No 2, and I want to learn military skills. I also envy my friends who joined Training No 1. I will try my best to defend the State.
