IT has been reported that certain malicious media outlets are engaging in propaganda by disseminating false news to intimidate the public.

They claim that young people are attempting to evade military service during door-to-door censuses conducted by government authorities. In reality, these media outlets are misleading the youth of the country with their false information.

Meanwhile, the government is providing updated information regarding the law of People’s Military Service through the distribution of pamphlets and by assigning relevant officials to address any queries in detail. Additionally, it has been stated that the public can access factual information at https://mod.gov.mm/node/74.

Therefore, it is evident that the reports circulated by these malicious media outlets are mere propaganda, and the relevant officials are actively working to maintain law and order in Yangon.
