To build a progressive and strong society, in other words, to foster a genuine democratic system, it is essential for the entire people to work together with proper awareness, discipline, empathy and a willingness to cooperate, said Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn.
Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, who is also Vice-Chair of the Committee on the Development of a Resilient and Strong Social Community, attended a seminar on creating a resilient and strong social community held at City Hall in PyinOoLwin, Mandalay Region, yesterday.

During the event, the Union minister highlighted the need to work together with the government and relevant officials as PyinOoLwin returned to its normal condition in security and peace, to help each other, showing sympathy and empathy, to participate in the roadmap of the country for the state stability and development, especially in arrangements for holding elections.

The Union minister and officials drew lots of 10 MRTV DTH receivers and 20 MRTV DVB T2 Set Top Boxes for the departmental officials, social organization members, youths and students who attended the event.

In the evening, the Union minister and party visited the BE Falls Nature Amusement Park, and cordially greeted the officials and visitors.

The amusement park boasts Sky Cable Car, 5D LED glass bridge, elephant performance, seasonal flower plantation, photo booth, jumping cloud, playground, unplugged, food services and souvenir shops and so on, and it added further adventurous games like family coaster, bumper car, tea cup, and merry go round in April. Moreover, the park officials arrange to add dinosaur and fossil displays for the visitors.
