ANOTHER 1,200 Myanmar workers will be recruited to work at companies in Japan, according to the Myanmar Embassy to Japan in Tokyo.

During the period from 1 to 18 April, altogether 383 job-offering letters from companies and factories from Japan were scrutinized and a total of 1,258 workers are to be hired for various kinds of work.

The types of jobs include agriculture, catering services and care services for the elderly.
