TATMADAW Naval Hospital Ships named Shwe Puzun and Saku provided healthcare services to locals in Mawlamyinekyun Township yesterday.

The Tatmadaw medical team delivered medical services to 485 locals at the township Sangha Nayaka office in Samma Sambuddha Pagoda compound of Mawlamyinekyun.

The treatments included general medical consultations for 209 patients, surgical care for 17 patients, obstetric and gynaecological care for 26 patients, paediatric treatments for 18 children, orthopaedic care for 79 patients, ear, nose, and throat treatment for 40 patients, ophthalmology services for 58 patients, and dental care for 38 patients. Moreover, 17 patients had x-ray examinations, 27 were tested using ultrasound testing, 18 underwent ECG heart screenings, and 50 had laboratory tests.
