ACCORDING to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, job applications for 20 lower division clerk positions must be submitted by 30 November.

The salary range for the junior clerk position is K180,000-2000-190,000, with an increment of 2,000. The application can be obtained on the website and Facebook page.

Applications should be submitted either in person or by mail by 30 November 2023. It has been informed that you can come and submit during office hours. Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science (Specialized Subjects), Law, Foreign Language, Business, or Computer Science. For ordinary graduates who are not State employees (permanent employees) or those who already have a master’s degree, the age limit is 27 years or younger on 30 November. State employees (permanent employees) or those with a master’s degree must be no more than 32 years of age on 30 November.

If you are appointed as an employee, the applicant must sign a commitment to serve for at least one year. Additionally, the applicant needs to provide the following documents: Certification (original/copy) and a copy of the resignation letter from previous department if the applicants resigned as an employee. Applicants who have been dismissed or had their appointment canceled in any government department are not eligible to apply.
