U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, received Dr Thushara Fernando, WHO Representative to Myanmar, who has completed his assignment, yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

They exchanged views on matters related to cooperation between Myanmar and the WHO during his term in Myanmar, as well as further activities of the WHO in Myanmar.

Officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present at the meeting.
